Home Cleaning Services in Kew Gardens, Queens
Another planned garden community — Tudor homes, pre-war co-ops and Maple Grove.
Cleaning Services in Kew Gardens
Kew Gardens was developed as a garden community from the 1910s, and it shares a good deal of Forest Hills Gardens' character while being rather less formal about it. There are Tudor Revival and neo-Georgian houses on curving streets, substantial pre-war apartment buildings and co-ops around Lefferts Boulevard and Austin Street, and a scattering of larger detached homes toward Maple Grove Cemetery. The mix means we quote carefully: a Tudor house with original leaded windows and oak detail is a different job from a two-bedroom in a 1930s apartment building, and both are different again from one of the newer co-op conversions. Kew Gardens is a few minutes east of our Queens Boulevard office, and a large share of our work here is long-running recurring plans.
About Kew Gardens
Kew Gardens sits in central Queens between Forest Hills, Richmond Hill, Briarwood and Jamaica, developed as a planned garden community from the 1910s around the Long Island Rail Road station. It combines Tudor Revival and neo-Georgian houses with pre-war apartment buildings and co-ops, and contains Maple Grove Cemetery and the Queens Borough Hall complex. The E and F stop at Kew Gardens–Union Turnpike.
