Recurring Cleaning in Queens, NY

About Our Recurring Cleaning

Recurring Cleaning is a standing appointment: the same day, the same arrival window, a discounted rate locked in, and a home that stays consistently clean instead of swinging between spotless and overdue. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans are available, and you can pause or adjust any time.

A recurring plan is the difference between a home that's occasionally spotless and one that's always in good order. Choose a frequency — weekly for busy households, bi-weekly for most couples and small families, monthly as a top-up — and we hold your slot. The rate is discounted by up to 20% per visit because a home that's maintained needs less work each time, and we lock that rate in.

Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning, with detail tasks rotated so the whole home — baseboards, blinds, vents, fixtures — gets covered across the month. We keep notes on your home so the standard is the same every time and you're never asked the same question twice. Clients in apartments, garden co-ops, Tudor houses and Victorian homes across Forest Hills, Kew Gardens and Rego Park tend to stay on plans for years, which tells you most of what you need to know.

A key or lockbox means you don't have to be home. We take real care with older finishes — hardwood, original tile, stone and woodwork get the right product, and we ask before touching anything unusual. There's no contract — pause, skip or change frequency whenever you like — and anything missed is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.
