Recurring Cleaning in Richmond Hill, Queens

Recurring Cleaning for Richmond Hill Homes

A recurring plan holds a day and an arrival window for you — weekly, every other week, or monthly — at a rate discounted by up to 20% per visit because a maintained home needs less work each time. Every visit is a full Standard Cleaning across every floor of the house — kitchen and bathrooms sanitized, floors damp-mopped with a neutral product, surfaces dusted, glass wiped gently, trash out, beds made — with detail tasks like staircases, moldings, sills and radiator covers rotated across visits so the whole house is covered every month.

We keep notes on each Richmond Hill home — the woodwork that wants a dry cloth, the old floor that mustn't be soaked, the stained glass to leave alone — so every cleaner works from them and the standard holds regardless of who comes. For a full three-story house we send two cleaners so it's done in a single visit each time. Many of our clients here are long-tenured owners who've been on a plan with us for years.

You don't need to be home; a key or lockbox is enough and every cleaner is trusted and vetted. The rate is the same as Forest Hills — no distance charge, no stair surcharge — and there's no contract: skip, pause or change frequency with a message. A seasonal deep clean can be added at a plan rate. Anything missed on any visit is re-cleaned free within 24 hours.

Pricing is a flat rate confirmed before we arrive — use the instant estimator for a range in seconds. For everything this service covers and how we approach it, see our Recurring Cleaning page, or read more about cleaning in Richmond Hill.
