Move In / Move Out Cleaning in Forest Hills Gardens, Queens

Move In / Move Out Cleaning for Forest Hills Gardens Homes

An empty Forest Hills Gardens house shows every one of its original details, and a buyer's inspection or a departing owner's obligation to leave it clean both take them seriously. We clean the house the way that inspection looks at it: every kitchen cabinet and drawer inside; oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher inside; bathroom fixtures descaled and grout scrubbed; closets, built-ins and shelving wiped; light fixtures, vents and switch plates cleaned; walls spot-cleaned; every casement, sill and track done; floors damp-mopped with a neutral product and detailed into every corner — using nothing abrasive near leaded glass, oak or plaster.

For sellers, that means an inspection that passes without comment. For buyers, it means the kitchen you unpack into and the bathrooms you use on the first night have been cleaned to your standard, not the previous owner's. For a whole house we send a team of two or three and finish every floor in one day, including the basement and attic if you want them. Gardens moves are often coordinated by a broker, attorney or house manager, and we're glad to schedule directly with them.

Nobody needs to be present — a key or a lockbox is all we need — and our cleaners are trusted, vetted, punctual and discreet, which matters on private streets. The flat rate is confirmed before we arrive and doesn't change; for a house we'll ask for a few photos so the figure is exact. Anything flagged within 24 hours is re-cleaned at no charge.
